UPDATE - Airfield Garage Car Show Saturday 10th June 2023,

Hi everyone,

Thank you to everyone who has booked into the show, it looks like it's going to be another busy one with over 200 entries and still a week to go.

On the day the main gate (off the main road, EX19 8EY) will be open from 9.30am, can I kindly ask that everyone is parked up as early as possible, the gate will close at 12.15pm and will not open again until 4pm when the show closes, this is an insurance requirement that no vehicles are to be moved during the event time.  I am sure you will understand this.

If you are a club hopefully you have booked in on a group slot (say 10 vehicles) this enables me to make sure there is enough space for you all to be parked together and space for club flags and stands etc.  If you have any questions or concerns please let me know, you can reply to this email address or contact the office 01837 682678.

There will be live music from 1.30pm until 4pm in the main tent, The Seven Stars and Sams Cider will be offering both alcoholic and soft drinks, there is a BBQ, kebab stand, and cream teas, Marvelous Eventures will be there to entertain, gramophone music, stalls and an ice cream van.  The open top bus will do a round robin from the visitor car park opposite Surf Bay Leisure dropping off at the show ground then through the village and back.
